Traditional house, located in the outskirts of the Apikia village in Andros (5km apx north of Hora), in a  green valley tha opens up to the sea and has a creek running through it summer and winter alike. Not far from beaches or the main town of Hora, the house is located in an area perfectly calm where the only “noise” is that of a spring flowing in the field across.

The house has two floors (apx 110 sm), being able to accommodate 8-9 people:

on the ground level there is the kitchen/dining hall area, two small bedrooms (1 double bed, two simple bench beds for children) and a WC;

on the first floor you find the living room, two bedrooms (double beds), a small office with a foldout bed and the bathroom.

The house is surrounded by shaded terraces and a large garden with flowers and an orchard.

The house is simple but offers the basics: kitchen appliances, clothes’ washer in the bathroom and TV in living room.

Given the slanted nature of the natural terrain, one has to climb a green path of nearly 150 large steps that snakes up the property from the village parking lot. The walk is well worth it but not for the weak at heart.

A car is a must to rent this property. Pets are welcome.
