Greek Villas 4 Rent (GV4R) welcomes quality homes for rental year-round. If you have a property in Greece unoccupied for all or part of the year and would be interested to rent it, you are welcome to join us.

Homes may be in mainland Greece or on one of the famous Greek islands (Aegean, Ionian, Dodecanese, Cretan, Karpathian).

Homes that fullfil the following criteria are elegible to apply:

• are close (within 3 km distance) to the sea and/or
• have an unobstructed sea view
• are complete and are fully furnished with taste, style and quality furnishings
• can provide guests with linen and towels
• can provide cleaning service at least twice a week
• are NOTcommercial or tourist enterprises (hotel, apartment-maisonnette complex, rooms for rent, etc)
• are insured against fire

For an inital appraisal of the quality and value of your property we will need to receive:

1. a filled application (PDF download application in Greek, PDF download application in English)
2. good quality, low resolution pictures (resolution72 dpi, size 400X300 dpi) of the house showing: exterior view, the view the house itself has from living areas, interior views of living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, outside sitting areas, pool
3. exact location and months of availabilty
4. your personal details (phone # and e-mail) where we may reach you
