Description: A short flight of steps leads you to the first level which has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a guest bathroom with shower and toilet, dinning area and lounge with a fantastic view of the yacht marina, the balcony overlooking a garden and the old Venetian naval yard.

On the second level one finds the sleeping quarters, comprised by the main bedroom with a double bed and air-conditioning and an adjoining bathroom where the washing machine is located and a top terrace with exactly the same view as the first level. In addition there is a twin and a single bedroom towards with built-in wardrobes and a small balcony in the rear. There is one adjoining bathroom for these two bedrooms, with full bath, WC and wash basin.
