This villa is located in the traditional village of Molyvos in Lesvos. It is a classical and historical stone house (1920), with a spectacular view to the village and to the picturesque port of Molyvos. The entire house furniture are antiques of the beginning of the 20th century. The house is located on a slope and is two-storey. Both floors have access to a road and can be rented also separately (with complete privacy). Using the north paved slab – stone road you can reach the first floor. The south almost private and full of flowers driveway leads to the ground floor. Ground and first floor apartments, both have access to the Mediterranean style garden. The garden offers a large vine-covered trellis relaxing area. The house has thick stonewalls that keep it pleasantly cool even in the height of summer and central heating for the winter.

As you enter the high wooden front door you rich the first floor, which can be used as one apartment with 3 bedrooms.The big living/dinning room that welcomes you with a comfortable couch, bench seats and a dinning table with chairs is filled with beautiful antiques The two bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple) both have doors leading out on to a terrace, with extraordinary view (and retractable shade). One more very pretty double bedroom at the other side of the house shared the same terrace.An elegant bathroom (with big bathtub) and a kitchenette (2 ring hob and fridge – freezer) complete this floor. The inside wooden wide stair from the living room guides you to the ground floor apartment and offers the possibility to rend the entire house. Alternatively the fall-way between the two floors can be closed with a completely privacy at each floor. The first floor apartment offers also fax machine, telephone, sat TV, cd player, two baby pots, laundry machine in a storage space into the garden, access to the garden, parking and one time per week clearance and change of bed sheets and towels.

The ground floor apartment has a shower room with WC and a well- equipped kitchen (full over and dishwasher) with a large wooden door that open on to another sitting area.This sitting area has a divan so can be used also as a single bedroom that leads to a large shaded terrace with fabulous view.The ground floor apartment offers also TV, telephone, laundry machine (in a storage space into the garden), access to the garden, parking, and one time per week clearance and change of bed sheets and towels.

In 2008 the villa was renovated and a pool was added to the grounds.
