This uniquely located property, is ideally situated on a private peninsula in a 1.2 acre garden surrounded by the Aegean sea, only 4 minutes walking distance from a beautiful, limited-access sand beach, less than 4 km drive to the port of Tino. One side of the property faces the town of Tinos the other the beach.

• The Main House (TIN1): 3 bedrooms (air conditioned), 2 living rooms 3 bathrooms,  a kitchen  and two verandas on two levels
• Two Duplexes (TIN2, TIN3), adjacent to the Main, to it right facing the beach, consist each of  2  bedrooms (air conditioned), one full bathroom, one WC, a living room,  a dining area and kitchen, and private veranda
• the fourth Duplex (TIN4), to the left off the Main house and slightly off axis to the back of it, consists of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one WC, kithcen, living room and ample seaside outside sitting area facing the port of Tinos.
  
  All houses have separate entrances and well separated outside sitting areas, ensuring privacy and tranquility. TIN1 & TIN4 have a locking door that connects them, making for a single 14 person unit while the whole complex together is ideal for a large group of up to 20-24 people!
