The villa, built according to the principles of neoclassical architecture, ensures luxurious and relaxed vacation in a quite and friendly atmosphere. The house was constructed in 2001 by an acclaimed Greek architect and has been published in numerous architectural and design magazines. A small private road full of vegetation drives the visitors to the house entrance. This villa consists of four independent suites of 50 square meters each, named after the four seasons. This neoclassical villa is ideal for families and companies that wish to spend relaxed time and private moments in a tranquil neighborhood that is a few minutes away from the full of life town of Spetses.
The suites "Winter" and "Spring" are on the ground floor of the villa and have direct access to the yard and the outdoor facilities. The other two suites "Summer" and "Autumn" are on the upper floor of the house with a spectacular view over the town and the Saronic Gulf. These two suites also offer the warm atmosphere of the fireplace during the cold days of the year.
Outdoor facilities offer to the visitors a 14-person teak made dinning table, a 4-6 person Jacuzzi and a small wooden made bar, which is equipped with a mini fridge and a sink.
Indoors, all four suites are furnished in an elegant way and decorated with original paintings. Basically, each suite has an open plan living room and kitchen, a sunny bedroom and a bathroom. The living room consists of a couch, an armchair and a coffee table. It also has a LCD TV, DVD and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen is small but functional and has a 2-4 person lunch table. It also has a 150 liter fridge, two hobs, a sandwich toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. Each bathroom has a shower cabin and is fully equipped with high quality cosmetics and towels. The bedrooms are double with spacious closets, a small TV, and full-length mirrors. High quality linen is included.
