There are only 26 steps between you and your first dip in the Aegean waters, and a few meters from the sandy beaches unfolding on the right and left.

A two floor villa with 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and it is connected with a wooden staircase but both levels have their own entries too. The traditional architectural design of the residence dominates and natural materials and local stone have been used for its building. All rooms have large rectangular wooden French windows which open onto a stone veranda which leads to the surrounding natural environment and the private pool.

The villa is located in a newly built complex of four adjacent villas (each with a fully equipped kitchen) in a fenced, wooded, secluded lot, in the quaint seaside village of Koutsouras in South-East Crete.
