The FIRST LEVEL features a magnificent double-height reception-library room, a space which is actually part-ancient, marked by two Roman walls. On the same level, lies a spacious landing and the downstairs bedroom of the house with its en-suite bathroom.
On the SECOND LEVEL is the kitchen and the dinning-sitting room. The kitchen is formal and extremely stylish, combining chestnut wood cupboards with Pentelikon white marble and a beautiful antique marble fireplace. It provides every modern comfort. The dining-sitting room is finely furnished with antique furniture and an antique marble fireplace.
Between the second and the third level there is a landing with the guest’s bathroom.
On the THIRD LEVEL there is an enormous master bedroom with an authentic Venetian bed and with a fabulous balcony with views of the surrounding antiquities and also a fourth bedroom going out to an intimate private terrace.

Please take notice that a narrow street separates the house from the Greek Orthodox church of Aghion Taxiarchon, and, every day, at about 7:30am and at 4:30pm, one hears the bells of the church sounding for a few seconds.
The cooling system of the house is central and works with much more eco-friendly cooled water. It does not provide the low temperatures that tradtional Freon systems provide.
