Indoor Area

Upon entering the villa you come into a large living space that is filled with natural light with its window panel doors that give you direct access to the outdoor private pool area. The furniture and pieces of artwork of the living area are of the highest luxury and comfort. Through the living area you come into the fully equipped kitchen which is filled with the pleasure of natural light and sea views from every corner.

Via the entrance of the villa and through the hallway are three large bedrooms with two having en-suite bathroom and the third having its own bathroom which also accessed through the hallway. The master bedroom leads to the very spacious balcony with seating options and amazing sea views. The other double bedroom also has access to the balcony area. The third double bedroom faces the rear of the villa with mountain views but also has access to a balcony.

Outdoor Area

The villa boasts an outdoor area comprising of an outdoor dining setting and private pool. The sunbeds and seating options give you the option to soak up the Greek sun or have an afternoon siesta. The fully equipped gas BBQ will add to your alfresco moments in the evening with magical views and the most amazing sunset with Paxos and Corfu in background.

The area around the villa

Sivota Thesprotia Epirus is on the west coast mainland of Greece, the villa is perched on the mountain side overlooking the islands of Paxos and Corfu. The position of this private accommodation gives you complete privacy and some of the most amazing sunsets across the entire Ionian Sea.

The fishing town of Sivota is stunning with its taverns, café/bars and boutique stores lined all around the seafront of the natural bay. In the evening there is nothing more Greek than sitting by the water and enjoying fresh fish and seafood that has been caught by the local fishermen.

The beach of Bella Vraka is only a short walk from the villa. In the months of May, June, September and October offer a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere across the entire region of Epirus
