The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.
Falassarna is a small resort boasting one of the best-known beaches in Chania Prefecture and is a paradise for nature lovers. Falassarna is also known for its magnificent sunset which can be admired the best during the summer month. The area of Falassarn is also well-developed and has a lot of different types of luxury villas you can stay in and spend a few days there. At Falassarnа you can find some restaurants, beach bars - cafes where you can spend your time enjoying the sunset in the evening, or you can enjoy it while staying in a luxury and private villa. Heated Pool Policy

For 2023, the swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.
